First time at the Fort Collins studio and had a great experience. I like to go to Hot Power Fusion and like it as hot as possible. And that seemed like a good classroom as the heat gets cranked up.

CorePower is an amazing workout as well as a relaxation technique for me.

Jess taught a beautiful C3 class! I loved her humility and kindness. She gave great cues, led at a good pace and made it challenging, but not unreachable.
Stephanie was a gentle teacher for what should be a powerful class. I would love to see her expand her muscle action cues and knowledge of posture benefits. Timing was off in Pranayama, she can inhale/exhale at 6 count, and give many more directions for strengthening legs, glutes and abs, grounding, breathing and meditation to start the class off strong. I did ask her to stop using the phrase “standing savasana”, please spread the word. There is no such thing. Dead bodies don’t stand. On any forward bend please remind students to engage core and on backbends to relax abdominals. If there is dialogue from CPY for this class it should be reviewed and studied. I hope to take her class again next year with some stronger skills.

All’s was an amazing and inclusive instructor! She made sure all levels could follow and succeed. Loved the clean and pretty studio space.

Teachers and classes

I think the instructors are excellent. My only issue is that it’s getting pretty pricey.

I love the consistency in the classes. How I know I will get twists, core, balancing, glutes, etc in every class. I like how everything is “breath to movement”. The only thing preventing me from coming to class more often is I live in Timnath and north Fort Collins takes some planning to get to. A Windsor or south Fort Collins location would be AMAZING

I really loved the Taylor Swift yoga class. Let’s do another as she closes out her tour 💃🏼

The studio was clean, Rachel the teacher at the front was very personable and gave me a quick tour before starting class. She checked in with me periodically through the class (I was the only student, haha). Will definitely be coming back.
