Belle is a fabulous instructor who has a unique way of guiding class which does not feel like the same generic CP classes, but has the CP method.

I started doing yoga for the first time ever some months back, I'm going to the highlands studio I've started off in a c1 with no experience and just this last week I tried my first c2. As for the physicality I've seen the greatest results and feel much stronger and healthier. The instructor is super helpful and informative (Jen) and I view her as my sensei. And all the staff I've come a cross from Core Power are very nice, cool people.

lexi is the best, love this cozy, relaxing studio

convenience because its right across the street from my apartment and i feel like i get a solid workout in vs other yoga studios

I’m new to yoga and received great instruction and encouragement. Each instructor has been great. I really enjoyed the free week because I tried multiple classes and have since signed up for a monthly membership.

I like the location! Studio gets VeRY hot, but only on very hot days.

Fantastic teacher, really challenging class, gave great adjustments. I really don’t enjoy the Highlands studio because the room is so small and echo-y so it makes it realllllly hard to hear and understand the instructor. It’s impossible to be present in a posture because I’m constantly looking at the instructor to better understand/hear what is being said. I don’t think this was the specific instructor but just the room that we’re in.

The commitment and dedication of most of the teachers is the big hook in. I love going to yoga class. Highlands is awesome but it needs a deep clean.

I like that it is HOTTER than other studios . I don’t mind the small quaint. Place. They have better water too.

Great instructors - tough classes balanced with supportive environment, words of wisdom, etc.

I took the Restore/Nidra class with Ashley. She is an amazing teacher, I felt a lot of connection, worked through emotion and found rest. I am so grateful there are more of these classes on the schedule at CP. It is just as important to slow down in my yoga practice as it is to have an intense physical experience in a C2 or HPF. Ashley is truly gifted with her skills in teaching this practice.
