I have been going to yoga for over 6 years now and Core Power is one of the reasons I have fallen in love with yoga. The instructors are amazing.

Great instructors, they come prepared and offer food for thought during class. I like how each of us can make our practice what we need and not feel like it’s an exercise routine that we all have to keep up with. Thoroughly enjoy and look forward to every class.

I am so grateful for the generosity and support of my CO Springs CP studio and their entire team. I have been going to both locations for a long time, but currently undergoing chemotherapy and have had to take a break. I tried my fave C2 last week feeling intimidated that I wouldn’t make it through, but Holly was encouraging in a gentle way that made me feel seen and not pressured. She lowered the humidity right from the start of class, which may have not been intended just for me but it sure felt like a gift! At the end, she said “you did great” and it brought back a sense of pride and normalcy that I haven’t felt in months. Thank you Holly and Julia and Colin and everyone on the team for your support, compassion and care. I will be back to practicing regularly when I’m done fighting stupid cancer.

I love this studio, all its teachers and the classes offered. Even not knowing a ton of people here, it still feels like a community and it’s the best part of my day.

It was excellent! Laura Leder was an excellent instructor. Very supportive and helpful. I'm new to yoga and she did a great job encouraging the class and demonstration of the exercises.

Great welcoming staff!

The yoga was very good, temperature great, teacher was clear and I liked her theme. My only complaint is I arrived 20 minutes before class and was told I had to stand out in the rain for another 5 (I thought doors opened 30 minutes prior, and it was my first time at this location and I wanted to find it and get oriented). I also thought the boxes of baking soda everywhere were ugly, doesn’t really do anything unless spread out for surface area, and indicated a problem.

I could not be more grateful to have found corepower! Only great experiences!

Great studio, kind staff, excellent instructor

We are really enjoying C2 classes lately.

I love the variety of classes sometimes the room gets just a bit too hot for weight classes.

The teachers are dynamic and creative, the classes are held at convenient times and the work outs are challenging! I love everything about it!

The showers and lockers make a huge difference between core and other studios. The quality of instruction, up beat music but not over-bearing music, and overall quality makes this the best.
