Friendliness and helpful assistance

This is the location I attend classes at the most but I have had the opportunity to visit a few others and I've had the best experience here for a few reasons. The instruction is top notch. It offers enough of a challenge for experienced yogis but is still accessible to new yogis. Studios are always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is peaceful, instructors emphasize and students understand that a lot of chatter is a no no. Heat levels are perfect. My only constructive criticism is that the classes should be varied a bit more. Because of the location, many people come from work and can make it only at a certain time every day. It would be nice the vary the classes at the same time on different days so we are able to experience more than just one type of class. For example, I would love to attend power fusion but I work until 5pm every day and only C2 is convenient every day. Also, the locker room between classes is super crowded but I'm not sure how you could address this issue given space constraints.

Great team, great classes, great facility.

I'm in my late sixties and wasn't expecting to be able to follow the rest of the class, but the teacher was clear, simple and easy to follow. I enjoyed it very much, got a great workout, and look forward to signing up long-term.

The flow of class was great. It was my first time a r the studio and everyone was very helpful in getting me acclimated. I did hot power fusion with Brooke and I really liked the routine. She offered great tips throughout to improve my positions. The space is very clean and has a warm feel to it.

Great classes but it would be a more pleasant experience if you allowed a few minutes between classes to mop up the floors. Compared to other studios like Lakeview and Lincoln park, Streeterville is pretty bad.
