I am consistently impressed by the knowledgeable and welcoming instructors and yogis. CorePower Yoga does an awesome job with fostering a communal and encouraging environment every time I enter through the doors for class. I attend Core Sculpt classes almost everyday, not only for the physical benefits, but it mentally detoxes my mind from the chaos of life - I always exit the doors feeling so much better! Not to mention the studios are always pristine, and I can never seem to resist stocking up on funky leggings and yoga gear.

loved it! i am a nurse at northwestern so it was really close by!
I forgot the instructor name but she was very helpful. She took time go through plenty of the stretch techniques that many of the students were lacking and she still was able to finish with her teaching method! I highly recommend her to any one!
