Ive never taken a yoga sculpt class and I thought it was a great blend between yoga and exercise fitness and I love that it was heated but not too hot like bikram yoga. Also everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
I loved Kerry's class. It was a perfect mix of cardio, stretch and strengthening. It was a great workout and worth waking up at 5am on Friday morning to get to the 6am class. The studio is clean and spacious. I am not a regular with yoga, but I did not feel intimidated at all. Kerry is an amazing instructor and encouraging to students.
Josh, the yoga instructor, made everyone feel comfortable... even though everyone was at different levels and had different shapes to their body.

The quality of teaching is consistently top-notch. I'm an RYT myself, and I've been doing yoga for over 20 years. I moved away from Rogers Park and started checking out other yoga studios closer to my new location, even other Core Power studios, and never found others I like so well. Ken J and Becky M are remarkable.
The staff is AMAZING. I always feel comfortable an that allows me to focus on my practice and not if I'm doing something "right or wrong".
The instructor for my class, Felecia, was really great. Her verbal cues for pose corrections were exactly what I needed. Her sequences were challenging but not poses weren't unattainable for me. I also really enjoyed the music.

He really made me feel comfortable, helped with correcting my poses, and was very encouraging both of pushing harder when I felt I could and feeling comfortable with hanging back on things I didn't feel ready for. Absolutely one of the best yoga experiences I've had in a long time!
I like the welcoming and encouraging environment and the variety of classes.
I really like the personal attention from the instructors and the fact that they are available after class to discuss any modifications or other individualized requests. I also really like the amenities, design, and atmosphere of the space.
