The teachers and community are so welcoming! The teachers provide accommodations for each person to ensure a safe practice.

It's convenient (within walking distance to my house), a lot of class options and I like the added heat!

Great classes. I do think though that there should be some classes that are not fully guided. I am from michigan and most of the style there is to review the flow two times (once slower and then second time faster) and then you are given time to flow on your own in which you can follow the flow provided or add or subtract from it to tailor it to yourself with instructors providing additional suggestions.

I really enjoy the yoga sculpt classes! The instructors are amazing and I have noticed major results in my physique after only 6 weeks!

The staff at CPY Uptown Chicago are just... wonderful people. The teachers, Erica the studio manager, Tony the regional manager... whatever you need to do to retain these people, definitely do it. It is warm and inviting. The studio is always clean and communication is great.

Core Power Uptown has great instructors, like Kevin, who bring their unique essence to each class with music and lighting choices while sticking to the class framework. The staff is wonderful, warm, and somehow remembers people’s names and welcomes them back each time. It’s clean and has easy parking for a city location.

I just answered a similar question not sure if my answer is to pertain only to one studio. Uptown studio great! I have followed Tessa there from Streeterville, had my first class with Erica last week and will return for both of these teachers.

Great classes and instructors. I like how Courtney V changes up sculpt class, she is excellent and very thoughtful.

Please fix the locks and showers: some of the showers spray all over with doors that don’t close.

CorePower's Yoga Sculpt classes is by far one of my favorite group classes to take. The energy in the room, the sequences, the instructors, and the music always are upbeat, challenging, and leaves me with a feeling of confidence and empowerment. Highly recommend Yoga Sculpt at CorePower if you are looking for a fast paced, higher energy workout with yoga elements.

The uptown and roscoe village studios have phenomenal teachers. They are knowledgeable, patient, caring and inspirational. Both studios seem to encourage ideas such as: body positivity; healing; self-awareness; and self-care. I’m very appreciative of the teachers at these studios!

The classes are great, taught by exceptional teachers!

The studio is clean. My only comment is to have the lockers fixed so the doors don't fall off!
