Corepower is both my workout and my therapy! I enjoy working out but it can be a struggle to get myself to the gym, I look forward to my yoga. The trachers are all really great and keep each of the classes just different enough to keep it interesting. CP2 is by far my favorite class.

I love Greg's Restorative Yoga class. He moves through class at the perfect pace and his adjustments are wonderful. I always leave his class feeling relaxed, and honestly, restored.
Consistency of classes.
The times that classes are offer. After you leave you have built up a sweat and had a good workout all in such a serene nice environment!

Studios are always clean and smell nice. Good selection of apparel for sale. Many class offerings throughout the day. The temperature is great (not too hot or too cold). Classes are always different and fresh. Many convenient locations (just wish there were locations in Miami!)

I find the atmosphere at Roscoe Village to be very friendly and open. The attitude of the teachers at this location as well as the clientele seems to be that they take yoga seriously, not as a fad exercise plan, and yet they are very welcoming to newcomers! The studios are nice, and the changing rooms are very nice too!
I'm brand new to yoga, and I thought Yoga 1 was a great introduction! I'll definitely be back.

One word (a name really): KEN. He's an amazing instructor. I usually see him for sculpt but have been meaning to try out his C2. He has a great energy, and I am never bored in his classes. I've yet to meet another CPY instructor who has his charisma and variety. If there were more "Kens" at Roscoe Village, I'd probably purchase a monthly subscription again!

The beginner class is great for people with no previous yoga experience. It is very welcoming and easy to pick up on the moves.
