Hot sweaty experience! And the teachers are welcoming and knowledgable.

Hilary is a great instructor---she speaks loudly enough so you can always hear her, and her workouts for Yoga Sculpt help me burn the calories I am looking to burn during a YS workout. Only downfall was that our room got up to 102 degrees. Hilary turned everything off, and she opened the doors to cool the room down, but it didn't do much. However, we were having tornado warnings, and it was super rainy and humid outside. So, it might have been out of everyone's control except Mother Nature's. So happy to be back in the studio not wearing a mask during the workouts :)

By far my greatest work out. Grateful that a friend turned me onto yoga sculpt many years ago. Will participate as long as I can!
