This has been the most welcoming, yet challenging workout atmosphere I have found in years.
The C2 with Dave (York I believe?) was a lovely mid day respite for the mind, body and spirit. The theme of embracing the “middle”, the present, the maitenence of life, was seamlessly incorporated throughout the class from beginning, to the middle and end. I have been attending corepower classes for many years now and Dave’s classes have always stood out to me for a number of reasons. His themes are always approachable and well ingrained throughout his sequences. He verbalizes them with ease, and draws together tidbits of yogic teachings with relatable every day experiences, in a way that really brings the lesson home. Additionally, his pacing emphasizes holds and pauses, thus maximizing exploration of a posture through embracing the discomfort that comes from pushing yourself. I appreciate Dave’s consistency and dedication to the practice and am glad to see he is still with Corepower through all the turnover of the pandemic. Thank you!

Marie F is my absolute favorite workout instructor! She is seriously amazing and love her music and inclusion of cardio and abs in sculpt classes.
Absolutely love it! I love all the instructors, not only their teaching but also their kind and helpful personalities as well. It really helps me separate my work from home with my personal life and gets me moving after sitting around at my desk all day!

Emma, the instructor was awesome - She created a great wind down class for a Friday night evening, after a stressful work week. It was my first class at the Lincoln Park studio and Emma created a very welcoming and support environment for the class. I will definitely be joining more of her classes.
