so amazing, it was my first class and my instructor was incredible and so welcoming and kind and overall awesome experience
i went around lunchtime on a friday so this is probably somewhat expected, but there was ample space for everyone to really space out which was really nice and relaxing. the instructor was also amazing!

Stepping into the CorePower studio makes me feel like the best version of myself! I love every workout and challenging myself with new moves. No two workouts are the same and I am always learning new skills. Jenna was a fantastic, energetic, encouraging and thoughtful instructor. She led the class with confidence and the flow of the workout was great. Cannot wait for my next class with Jenna!

Great class! Lots of variation.
It was such a great workout! I did the yoga sculpt class and enjoyed that you could make it easier or harder depending on your level. At one point in the class I need to take a break and didn’t feel judged by anyone. It was so positive and fun! I can’t wait to find time this week to go back.

My first yoga class at Lincoln Park Core Power. The instructor, Patrick was very good. I liked his intention setting at the beginning of class, his pacing, as well as his attention and presence to the participants.

CorePower is so close to my house, it's so easy to schedule classes, the Sculpt class is a great cardio workout, and the C2 class is also great. I leave every class feeling loose, accomplished, and refreshed.
The instructors are solid, the studio is spacious (classes are never over booked), locker room and studio are clean, other yogis are always friendly and respectful.
