Audrey was a great instructor! She was very helpful in answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable. She led the class in a soothing way and performed frequent demonstrations for us to model. I left the class feeling very relaxed.
I enjoyed and found the yoga sculpt class challenging. I appreciated Joanna's kindness the second I stepped into the studio and admire her talent and passion as a teacher.
