I like it now that you have brought back a lot of hot yoga and Yin. All the Gen Xers, like me, have gone to the Yoga Pod or other places. It helps when there is a variety. I like that I can choose between 3 or 4 studios on a daily basis as my schedule is always changing.

EVERYTHING!!! Especially Ashley O. at North Boulder location. Been practicing with her since 2014 and she is THE BEST in every way. There is nothing I would change about her classes, which I cannot say for pretty much anyone else. Such a pleasure and whatever she's making, it needs to be a lot more! She deserves some kind of major bonus, especially since she's had such a hard 6-7 months. Also, I do love everyone else there - most of them really focus on the most important thing in yoga, in my opinion, which is being fully present with one's own self and body, tuning everything else out, and FEELING GOOD no matter what! Thank-you for your excellent schedule and options. I never miss a day :)

Very challenging and fun sculpt class

Thoughtful and motivating instruction, amazing playlist, intelligent and considerate sequence. I felt encouraged to try new exercises and postures. I was challenged in a smart and mindful way. The instructor blended strength training and yoga in a masterful way.

Amazing teachers, flow and community

teacher was great, class size was great, staff were extremely friendly and skilled.

The instructors are all wonderful and well educated on yoga, the facility is clean and well cared for, and it has an inclusive feeling!

Raj is an excellent instructor.

Morgan is a great teacher. I enjoyed her playlist without words and her mandala flow. She was confident at the front desk checking me in and was sure to say goodbye to everyone after class in the lobby and ask how they felt. This studio is very clean and organized with a strong community feel. The rooms here don't get very hot compared to other CPYs I've been to so I don't know that the teachers need to open the doors as much during class - just my personal preference!

I feel welcomed there by the staff. I am now going there enough that I know the style of many teachers and know what to expect from the classes.

I’m glad that I don’t have to pre-book anymore for classes and potentially get charged if I can’t make it.

Clean facility, great people, amazing classes.

I love the studio, normally practice in North Boulder but there are a couple of classes I try to attend in South Boulder.

My favorite instructors are Stephanie W (she is very wise, and passionate), Megan O (she has an amazing and stunning energy, her classes are very intense). When I want something easier really enjoy Hot Power Fusion from Devan or Bailey.

I liked going to a class that met my expectations and then taking a shower and leaving CP feeling like a new human
