I love the welcoming attitude. I think yoga is a wonderful way for me personally to exercise, but I have been self conscious about doing yoga in front of others or have worried a lot about doing something wrong. CorePower made me feel very comfortable doing what I love and thats why I would recommend it to anyone at any skill level.

As someone who is new to yoga, the practice seemed daunting. I was worried that I would feel uncomfortable and awkward and that I wouldn't fit in. However, at Corepower, the environment is casual and welcoming. Going to Corepower challenges me and pushes me out of my comfort zone, but in a gentle way. Instructors are kind, easy to work with, and seem to really care about their students and practice. The facility is clean, and the Sun Room is a beautiful place to practice. I always come out of class sweating and tired, but in the best way. Can't wait to recommend Corepower to my friends and family for a easy introduction into the fun and transformative yoga practice.
