Clean studio, no need to sign up, more than one shower, positive vibes, and easy parking. Plus it's a nationwide franchise so I can go to yoga at home too (Honolulu, HI).

Great facilities. Yoga sculpt is unique, hard and fun.

My only complaint is that recently the sculpt classes have become very crowded.

I love the atmosphere from the minute you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Everyone is positive and happy and encourages you to do your best. I also love the classes because they are fun and the teachers push me to work harder than I ever thought I could.

I do wish that new instructors had more practice teaching before taking over classes. There are a couple times I have had someone new and I was disappointed with the overall workout. I understand there's a learning curve but wonder if more practice can be done beforehand?

It's clean, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and most of all, the instructors are phenomenal.

Great workout!

I truly loved it. I have tried and tried yoga so many time. I always like how I felt after the class, but I never enjoyed the class itself. This was different - I liked the music, the heat and that it was a great workout and stretch all in 1 hour. I was just there Sunday, but feel myself craving to get back (if only the snow would stop).

I thought the facility was awesome, so clean and so nice! The class I took was also one of the best ones I have taken in a long time! I joined via class pass and after my month is over I would love to see what kind of memberships and specials are available!

Great class with attention to form (which is important to me as a new comer). Even more posture correction is welcome.

The people who work at the studio are very friendly and helpful. The layout of the studio has a nice flow. I also like that there are full locker rooms. A lot of yoga studios do not have that.

I have only done the fusion yoga/sculpt class, and really enjoy the combination. I'm a longtime yogi, so I know a lot about alignment, etc., however, my most recent class instructor was very good on this for people who don't know as much to keep them safe. Also, good reminders about weight use to stay safe and correctly aligned. She was better than the first instructor I had.

I went to Emily G's class this past Sunday and LOVED it. I'm very active; I typically spend my time running and spinning, but I've always been curious about yoga. Although I was curious about yoga, I was always hesitant because I love how upbeat and energetic running and spinning are. However, as I began cross training I realized how beneficial it was for running, so I thought why not try yoga! After Emily's class I'm already hooked. From the moment I walked into the studio she was extremely friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions. The class was very challenging, but I definitely pushed myself and saw that I was more flexible than I expected. Emily was a great teacher and pushed us, but realized we were all at different levels. I will absolutely be back, I had a great experience.
