Beginner friendly classes, different levels welcomed

Love the studio. The heat has been more controlled especially given the hot summers.

The instructors are always amazing. They are super friendly and always greet you with a smile on their face and say hello (with one exception). They also seem to be very well trained and I always get a killer workout.

The Almaden location has two good-sized rooms so, even though there are a good amount of people in the class, you don't feel crammed in like some of the other locations.

Also, Torrey does a great job keeping the rooms clean and staffing with excellent teachers.... most recently Stephanie and Danielle have been great.

Wish people were asked to wipe down equipment after class. It gets so sweaty, and equipment was just reracked.

What can I say - yoga at Almaden CorePower is amazing! From my very first class I was welcomed with a warm smile and hello. It was my first time in a yoga studio and I felt right at home. I highly recommend a yoga practice in your life as it enhances your mind, body and spirit in ways I was not even aware of! - Christi

Celeste is a great instructor and she delivered a safe and yet challenging class

Overall very happy customer user. go several times a week. but since you asked here are my complaints

#1 - Lack of variety in routines. It's very common that a certain class and time works for someone. for example, tuesday night sculpt at 530. But, it's very annoying when you go to that class weekly and the same instructor does the exact routine 8 weeks in a row. I literally had to change my schedule and avoid that class because I couldn't bear the thought of doing the exact same routine again. This was stephanie, who I like a lot. but she was not mixing up her routine at all.

my recommendation would be to mix it up every week. I know it's a lot of work to do completely different routines every time, but at least change out some segments so even though some of the segments are the same, there are different segments each time to give it more variety.

#2 - this doesn't happen often and when it does it's usually in sculpt, but when the music is too loud to hear the instructor. Instructors, we all love loud music, but not at the expense of struggling to hear what you are saying... so make sure you aren't drowned out by the music, please :)
