Very nice staff and location

even though it was a beginner class it was very thorough and still gave me an amazing workout. Ive done Yoga for years but havent in awhile so was a great class to get back into it. I am so sore this morning and cant wait to come back today to work it out.

CorePower is an awesome studio with many talented and interesting instructors. A lot of the instructors express genuine interest in your growth and offer very useful feedback to help you improve your practice. The facilities are top notch and have everything you need to get you where you're to headed next. Classes are offered at very reasonable times in the morning and the evening. They also have a sprinkling of classes offered during the late afternoon to give you the chance to escape your day if you need it. I was initially intrigued by their free week offer, but ended up staying for the inspiring community and benefits that a regular practice brought to my life. I cannot say enough great things about this studio, the people running it are truly wonderful and I feel very lucky to have had the chance to learn from them. CorePower at the Triangle is excellent and you should definitely check them out if you have the chance!

I appreciate the number and variety of class you offer everyday. There is always something to fit my schedule and mood. The classes are challenging but leave me feeling successful. I also enjoy the retail section of the studio. You carry the best mala necklaces anywhere.

The instructors are always so welcoming and happy! Th classes are never too busy.

I would say HPS is the class I mostly attend however, I have been doing more CP2's lately. I like the broad schedule you have and your instructors are absolutely great. I haven't met one instructor yet that isn't a professional and passionate yoga instructor. Another big plus about your staff is they care and engage with their students.

I have had a consistently excellent experience at CPY-Triangle. The instructors, especially Andie, Megan, Mary, Timea, Francesca, Angel, and Keeley, have been extremely informative, supportive, nurturing, and helpful. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

I love coming to Corepower at Triangle! The teachers are always so friendly and welcoming. The triangle location feels like home to me. I love their variety of classes and I always leave feeling better.

Friendly staff. Seriously. If it weren't for the great, positive vibes I get every time I step in the door it wouldn't be half as fab. I'm a mediocre yogi - at best - and they are so supportive of where I am at (or not at). They remember my name and and are so encouraging - sooooooooo appreciate that.

I've bounced around to a lot of the studios in town (pure, sunstone, yoga yoga, black swan, etc.) and Corepower is the first studio where I've really felt my practice progress.

I've done headstands for crying out loud and I never thought that would happen! :)

I like that a lot of the instructors have uplifting quotes and mini pep talks after class. All of the instructors have been great. Andie, Francesca, Timea, Amelia, Kristen, etc.

I am a retail owner and am always amazed when I walk into an establishment and no one greets me. The minute I walked into CPY at the Triangle, Mikaila said hello and gave me a warm welcome. She looked so young...I didn't realize she was going to be my teacher! Ha ha. Her warmth extended into the classroom as well. She gave me hands-on adjustments and a little extra attention, which I welcomed. If she is any indication of what CPY is all about, I'm in for the long haul. Thank you! Looking forward to getting back in shape with you all!
