I come a couple of times a week and love it, but have some suggestions.

I want to know how often the weights are cleaned! I ask and nobody ever knows which leads to me to believe they are never cleaned....

Sometimes the instructors music is so loud I cannot hear them.

I have done yoga for 20 years and I know what I am doing, but quite often the instructor says "go ahead and do that if it is in your practice".... well how is it in my practice if I have not been taught? Show me please!

I love the variety of classes and how accepting the instructors and other people are. I've always felt very welcomed and comfortable as well as challenged. I always leave feeling like I've had a great workout.

Brittany was awesome sculpt instructor. We have been to several studios in Austin, Kansas City and Denver. We love the studio and the instruction. Brittany is one of the best we have ever had.

Yoga Sculpt is intense!

Took Sculpt on Sunday from Brittany D. Not only was it a fantastic class but she didn't heat it. It was awesome. I can't go to the Monarch because I get lightheaded from the heat—it's too hot in their classes and I have to park it on my mat for at least 15 of the 60 minute class which is a bummer. Maybe it's me, and probably is, but I really appreciate teachers who don't overheat their classes and are hypersensitive to it. Thank you!
