Consistently good classes

Caitlin, Laura, Abigail, and Casey. Definitely 10s across the boards. These women are phenomenal. ❤️

They will change your body and make it lean and get you to a place where you are strong in mind and body.

I still don’t know how Caitlin can go so low in a squat press or how Casey keeps going and going with tough sequences. I just love it. I can’t do half of the things asked of us in our classes, but in my mind, I can. Hahahahaha! I give it my all.

Priyal was the best instructor I have ever encountered at a fitness studio. Her class was really amazing. If she taught more classes, I would buy a membership and tell all my friends about it!!

I love taking classes with Casey Po. She's always challenging and all her classes are different.

I love how welcoming and positive the CorePower environment is. The instructors are amazing and are always so encouraging. I can come into class in a bad mood or low energy and I leave feeling rejuvenated and joyful. I recommend CorePower to all my friends and even strangers!

I love the Triangle location and the instructors. I would love to see more HPF classes in the afternoon/eve. I love the hands on assist and would love to see more workshops for students to really dive into the postures as class can often feel like a quick overview flow. I think Abigail, Forrest, Halle & Joel are fantastic instructors - all bring different energy and insight to the class. Great job y'all!

I had a class with a sub, she was wonderful, forgot her name her class was magical, beautiful bhajan was played in the end. It was an awesome experience. Love going in a mandala sequence.

Full body workout and options to increase or decrease intensity

I have really enjoyed all of the classes I have taken at this studio. The instructors always provide positive and encouraging instruction and adjustments. I always feel comfortable and welcomed at the studio. I use class pass as I like to change up my workouts daily and I was nervous that I would get sales pitches for direct memberships but no one has pressured me at all and I have been to the studio about 10 times so far. I highly enjoy inversions and balance and their C2 class and PowerFusion both were great for this. The rooms can get pretty hot at times so bring a towel and a lot of water.
