Student Testimonials
The teachers, yoga flow, and the abundance of available classes.
Amazing instructors and wonderful yoga community
Each of the three instructors have been simply fantastic I have taken three classes now and feel relatively comfortable. It would help to have a bit more guidance on the pose and the name so I don’t have to follow the others quite so closely however. I hope to continue on after my trial period. Thank you so much
Great and inspiring instructor that gave great cues for the next moves.
I felt both supported and challenged in the class last Friday. Also, overtime, I am seeing significant changes for the better in both my strength and flexibility.
I love the workouts and how yoga is encorporated. I also really enjoy the hot room temperature, so we sweat more. The instructors are great and push us to meet our daily goals and I just love everything about it.
Yoga sculpt is such an incredible class and I love all of the instructors.
Tons of classes, great facilities and locker rooms. Enthusiastic and well-trained instructors. I wish there was an intermediary class between C1 and Yoga Sculpt. Intensity depends on which trainer you have. Costly if you only do yoga once or twice a month, and a membership is worth it if you go at least 2-3 times per week.
I love it!
Nice schedule. I like the evening class.
I like to try several teachers too. They all have their own yoga style.
The candle light classes are awesome.
I like all of it; the people are incredibly welcoming and helpful!
The classes are hard, but when I am done I feel very accomplished.
Lots of classes and times, easy to make it work into my schedule. I really enjoy the weekend mid morning special classes (live music, particularly like the sculpt/c2 hybrid class)
I would recommend highly, of course with the caveat that CPY is not the perfect studio for everyone, but that it meets my needs and preferences.
I especially like teachers who provide details while guiding practice that explain what muscles are being used in a particular pose or movements building to an asana. More experienced teachers and/or those who have had education specific to the body besides yoga training tend to be considerably better at this. This helps me visualize the physical work going on in my body during class.
Lots of classes, friendly staff and showers
Hello,
I love your classes. They are wonderful!!! I will certainly keep attending and recommending them to everyone.
One suggestion though:
Anyway we can keep the lysol out of the workout rooms? Breathing these chemicals in and working out seems to be moving in the opposite directions.
Very knowledgeable staff who takes yoga seriously and makes the classes enjoyable as well as challenging.
Great teachers!
I love the teachers!!! Every class is a challenge both physically and mentally
absolutely love<3 my favorite place to get away
great instruction, I also like the fact that there is a mirror on the left side of the room as well as the front.
Triangle is great. Some of the sequences are very hip centric and harmful if not performed more slowly.
Friendly and welcoming environment
amazing c2 classes! very detoxifying
It ok.
I love the community at CPY! I also like the many classes offered daily and the range of teachers.
The only reason I'm giving a 9 is that the CPY towels smell TERRIBLE. I have never rented a towel but have been next to another yogi in class that has rented a towel, and the smell has been so distracting.
Everything is great, instructor were knowlageable and intentive.
How much they are genuinely for the benefit of everyone who goes there- such self-love, strength, and empowerment is celebrated and encouraged here.
I appreciate classes that incorporate weights and cardio are offered!
I like how spacious the studio is. The bathrooms were very clean when I visited. I like that the each individual studio had the weights in the room, so it's easy to re-rack after sculpt. I like the community note board in the lobby, such a great way to send love to teachers!
I really really appreciate the cleaning crew at Triangle for freshly swiped floors and clean blocks by the time I roll into the 5.30 class when the place could be, but is not, a sweaty mess. The locker/bathroom/shower area is generally clean but could use some detail work, like ceiling vents and other nooks and crannies that could keep the studio seeming new and crisp and not getting dingy around the edges.
WAY WAY more important, the teachers are rock solid, even the newbies, no matter the class. I look forward to an experienced permanent teacher in the Wed 5.30 slot. I don't suppose you could recruit Keeley?
The studio always changes when a new manager takes the helm, and with Caitlin, it looks to be an awesome vibe going to happen. Keep up the good work!
xoxo
