I love Karin. I love all classes she teaches and the gal with the glasses. The way Karin does her classes are the best. I burn tbh most calories, I feel the most pushed. Not a huge fan of c1, I ended up being super bored in class. I typically love a slow flow but When classes over use chataranga, I get so bored. Todays sculpt class with the sub needed more upbeat music. I do love core power yoga tho

Strength x with Karin was amazing. We were greeted with hospitable energy that matched her instruction leaving me in a puddle of my own sweat.parking was great knowing designated stalls were there specifically for the studio. The facilities were top notched wtih a wide open gallery for seating and shopping. The studio was very inviting and in an amazing location. I would absolutely return when I visit Austin again.

Coley is probably the best sculpt teacher I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to probably 10+ locations in different states. Well done!

Great classes! I’m new to the studio and while I like the challenging classes I wonder if they offer any classes geared towards older people that are new to yoga. I’m 54 and my husband is 60 and I would love to get him into a class but he couldn’t handle the classes I’ve tried so far.

I tried CorePower Yoga while I was in Austin for SXSW. I loved the high intensity of the classes. The teachers brought a lot of energy to the classes. I wish we had CorePower Yoga in Montreal!

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica got me set up really easy and recommended classes to me as well as tips on how to best prepare for the classes and which may fit me best based upon my interests.

That was simply amazing— Kennedy’s class is legendary. Her rhythm , music, and overall maximization of the entire class time is something to behold. I have not felt my body and mind this loose and free in months, she is truly one of one.
