nice place to practice and be lost in your yoga world. No tension if you want to flow or sit and meditate. Well trained teachers and excellent command on their sequences.

The studio feels clean, the instructors are all very nice and the workouts are amazing.

OMG!!!! what a nice place to go practice and what great teachers, especially Joel H, in the last Sunday practice, WOW there is so much to learn from Joel, "Yoga Sutras" he was actually talking about THE REAL YOGA!! Just blessed to be in the room with him. There should be a practice to sit and hear about Yoga Sutras, blown away!!!

I love this place. As a long time yogi I thought I would not like it. But it is so great. The classes are a great workout. Yoga 2 is so challenging but it really gets you deep into your poses and practice. Cardio Sculpt is so fun. The location is perfect. No complaints.

The class was great! It was fun to attend a different studio, as I live in Fort Worth and practice at the Westbend studio.

I absolutely love the experience! The instructors are so well trained and really work the room. Cat is my favorite :)
I’m a bit surprised that there isn’t any hydrating products supplied other than just water and “vitamins”. For being in a hot room for an hour during a burning summer, I’m surprised more isn’t done to keep people from cramping and really hydrating. Also, the speaker system doesn’t work that well sometimes. It’d be nice if nicer equipment was provided to the instructors

Core Power has changed my life in many ways. I am stronger physically and mentally. I have even become an instructor. The community is inspriing.

Monarch has the best instructors. The newer instructors will need to continue to develop and move away from the workout templates provided by corporate corepower, but once they do that, they'll be good as well. Their classes are generally boring sticking to those templates. Additionally, sometimes the music is too loud for us to hear the instructor. Loud music is fine but there's still value in hearing cues from the instructor. Minor gripe, we should look into getting more air into a packed room. It gets hard to breathe after a hard cardio session and it feels like we're all inhaling each other's CO2 with no air circulation.

My home studio… the instructors are amazing! The instructors create a sense of community and give you a good mind/body workout.

Corepower has been a refuge for me in an otherwise tumultuous year. I absolutely love this studio! All of the teachers are wonderful and deliver a solid experience each class. As a student I’m able to either come and go as I please and have my personal space honored or I can connect with the other amazing people there. I’ve taught and taken yoga for 15+ years and even though it’s corporate, corepower is one of my absolute favorite place to practice! People who are drawn to corepower are warriors, and those are my peeps. It’s an honor to move and sweat with you all, thank you for all you do!

Loved Halle Russos class! She was so energetic and the playlist was great.
Overall, such a wonderful experience.
