I have been CorePower's #1 fan since 2011 when I moved to Colorado Springs and fell head-over-heels for Yoga Sculpt. I completed my YogaSculpt teacher training in Colorado Springs before moving back to the San Francisco Bay Area where I started teaching at CorePower Berkeley. Now here I am in Austin, Texas - very much looking forward to getting to know the Austin CorePower community!

Brittany, the teacher was awesome!!!! She really explained everything and held students into correct positioning. She was very knowledgeable about what positions helped for different ailment one could have.

All teachers are SO nice. The showers, lockers, and yoga studios are clean and really nice!
I like the consistancy and amount of classes offered daily. However, I do NOT LIKE the way teachers use the end of class to sell the teacher training program. Not only is it distracting but also goes against the spirit of yoga, I want to feel refreshed and calm at the end of my yoga class, not like a customer recieving a sales pitch. Thanks for listening!
I really like the heated rooms and candlelight in the evenings. The yoga instructors are knowledgeable of the positions and patient with us newbies.
Quality teachers; I like that the classes differ from many other styles of yoga (a good place to sweat!). Good variety of classes.
I am being pushed to new levels and today when i asked my instructor a question after class, she explained everything, showed me, and let me show her to make sure I was doing it right.
The warm yoga is very intense and makes you feel like you are burning calories while getting the benefits of traditional yoga.

The atmosphere at Core Power is very laid back and educational. There is no pressure to be perfect and the emphasis is on getting to know yourself and trying new things.
I like how friendly the instructors were. The facilities were great -- the yoga room was the perfect temperature and the locker rooms are very nice!!
I like how the technical aspects of poses are explained when need be to ensure that we as students are doing them properly and that each class can be made so personal.
