The basic necessary items are provided for an enjoyable experience. The instructors are understanding and provide assistance to their students if needed. The atmosphere is friendly.

I loved core power yoga. I don't typically like the slow pace of most yoga classes but I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 core power classes I attended. I just wish the class packages were more reasonably priced so I could better afford it
The class provided many different levels for the moves/positions which was very great! the instructor was very thorough and concise with describing the positions.
