Very friendly staff! The instructors are very helpful when you want it but also will let you do your own thing if you so desire. Also the poses and atmosphere is a nice mix between calm & spiritual as well as athletic.
I took Julia's C1 and it was the best C1 I have ever done. Even though she followed the CorePower regimented C1 flow, it didn't get boring! She had fantastic cues that surprised me after practicing consistently for 3+ years. Fantastic class.

The 5:30 Sculpt class with Rebecca is challenging yet she finds a way to push me to my maximum. Great structure and attitude from the instructor

instructors are very invested on a personal level - interested in making sure that each individual is comfortable and engaged with their practice. i am able to easily make modification as necessary for myself during my practice.
The facility is great - I love having a nice clean dressing area and the clothing is really fun and trendy. Ellen was very nice and welcoming, explaining to us how everything worked, where everything was located.
The class was enjoyable and I appreciated how much positive reinforcement and corrective feedback was given. I felt challenged and supported all at once.
