I love this studio! I unfortunately had to move to Dallas and miss it terribly. The teachers are amazing! At the Triangle studio they push you, have great flows and keep the heat up. The Dallas studios need a lesson on a longer flow and hotter classes.
I love the challenging yoga sculpt classes where I get a great core, arm, leg, and balance workout!

I like the schedules - particularly sculpt and C2. I like Teeki yoga pants. I like when you have discounts even better! I like the showers and dressing room and clean products. I would like mat cleaner in the studios (I see some once in a blue moon).
Classes very frequently. Facility is beautiful and spacious. I can usually find parking. Instructors genuinely care about helping others improve their practice

The studie is always clean. When I arrive, the yogis behind the desk welcome me with a smile and "hello". I only come to Austin every few months but I always feel welcome at Core Power. Thanks.

I liked the evening candle light yoga. I have done alot of yoga in the past (over a decade). I have not practiced in two years. I am jumping back into it and finding myself needing to really work on my core practice. I do not like being under a spotlight. I dont think many people do. I prefer the room to be dark and as long as we can continue the dark room (hot or cold) i will be ther!
I was so relaxed and I did not worry about anything at that moment. And it general I just felt so good afterwards as well.
I've only been once and am a beginner (and older), I still need to assess the products and services as I try to grow through this new venture.
I absolutely loved the Yoga Sculpt class. I was afraid that I wouldn't sweat enough, but boy was I wrong. I've been looking for a cardio alternative to running, and I think I may have just found it.

I love the clean studio and changing rooms. I also appreciate that your floor has some give to it, making any of the poses that require weight on knee less painful. I don't know the name of the instructor, but the woman who lead the Monday 9am class is outstanding.
