Everyone is so friendly! The studio is always clean and I've never had anything to complain about. I love the workout aspect of classes with the spiritual tie back to yoga. Now with the cardio circuit classes, I have no need to get a membership anywhere else.

Staff made the class very special for our bachelorette party - took care of the cost of the bride's class and mat rentals for the full group, and played some Beyoncé :)

I love CP and go twice a week and have since you have opened in Austin.
I love sculpt and c2 and appreciate the c1 free classes for teaching training. I appreciate my free classes on my birthday, Mother's Day and sometimes thanksgiving and New Years Community classes around town. Especially because i am a school teacher therefore CP is not in my budget so my entire family gives me gift certificates for Christmas.
I feel the instructors are well trained but have a few comments for things I have observed quite frequently over the years. Quite often the music is played so loudly that I cannot hear instruction and although I am fairly advanced and I've practiced for 25 years, it's confusing.
Also, instructors quite often say "if that is in your practice go ahead with that pose"... I can do most everything, but sometimes I can't remember what it is by name and a lot of people are looking around to see who's doing what. I would really appreciate instructors in the C2 classes giving instruction for advanced poses- because that's what I'm there for and where else would I learn them?
And another comment, I am not sure how often the weights are sanitized and when I ask the instructors say they don't know or give vague answers. It would be ideal for them to be sanitized every day.
I love instructors, the location and the general feel of the studio. I love the positivity and feeling I get when I'm there and when I leave.

Was literally like I was meant to be there, despite being the only guy for the class I was made to feel like I was wanted, respected, and even met the trainer holding the door open for me as if she was waiting for me. :)
Never been so warmly welcomed, the trainer easily found me in the system, got me setup quickly with towel and yoga mat in time for the class, helped correct me on postures I had a hard time with on balance, and after my shower, which I found I had all to myself in five star clean mint nice smell shower rooms, left with a refreshed energy for the day and a nice good bye from the trainer. Will definitely make an effort to come back sometime soon!
