The room was too hot(sculpt class)for me and I could not breath well; however, I hadn't been coming to CPY for a year and I needed to get used to it....
I wish all CPY places a hook inside the shower stall so that I can hang my own shower caddy.
I like how the instructors or very interactive with the people attending the class. They make them feel welcomed.
I love the workout I get from core power and I would love to continue its honestly the most refreshing and relaxing thing I have done in years and i know it will really benefit me

The retail is always very cute for yoga attire. I get compliments of all the gear that I get from there. They are all good quality brands. I highly recommend all of the classes as every instructor is so different, in a good way!
Friendly and amazing Instructors
core power studio is amazing! The teachers are all so kind and have an individual spark to them when they are teaching. The studio has a lovely flow of positive energy running through it all the time. Happy to be a member at core power!

I love the positive and friendly environrnent that Core Power offers. The instructors are caring and seriously concerned about the students in their classes. I never thought I would be participating in "hot" yoga at my age, but it is one of the best things I have done for myself since I retired. I wished I would have tried it sooner !
