Lisa G is an excellent yoga teacher who is able to incorporate yogic mythology into her flow, and gives students background into the origins of the postures.
I also appreciate the locker room temperature. After a hot class, a cool locker room is refreshing. Other studios have warm locker rooms so after I shower, it’s as if I remain wet. Thanks for keeping the locker rooms cool.

I have been practicing Yoga at CorePower Yoga-Huntington Beach for more than 10 years. Good result physically and emotionally, a good choice that I have made. I love all instructors in this studio. They are very good and friendly. Highly recommended it to all my friends and acquaintances.
I love CPY but I wish you would bring back the Sunday afternoon/evening classes!!

I love core power. I enjoyed the option of really early and late classes that only core power offers. Not a lot of studios offer that.
