I love the environment and it has been my favorite yoga studio! I would recommend it to absolutely anyone who wants to do yoga.
The only reason why I gave it a 9 and not a 10 is because for friends who don't like the heat-- there isn't a class to accommodate that. (there are no heatless room temperature classes)

The variety and flexibility of the class schedule. I appreciate the quality and consistency of each class type. It makes it easier to plan, and less dependent on the personality of the instructors. I've almost always had good experiences with the instructors!

Excellent customer service at front desk always. Need someone to be more attentive to 1st timers as to where to put personal items etc not judt point in a general direction. Show where restrooms are etc. how to set up for 1st class.
As a new person to Yoga; everyone made me feel welcomed and at ease. I was a little anxious since I don't know all the positions or flow but I never felt as if I was being judged or critiqued. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the classes and how quickly the time went. I am looking forward to improving my strength and flexibility in order to try more challenging classes than C1 or restorative.

Challenging classes, plenty of avilability for different classes
I think the teachers are very well trained and I like that the classes are predictable. For example, I can go to a 1.5 class taught by anyone and know that the sequence will be similar. I started taking Corepower yoga classes 8 years ago in San Diego when I turned 60 because I was alarmed at how inflexible I had become. Eight years later, I am still at it and I know it has helped my fitness for hiking and cycling. Two years ago I climbed Kilimanjaro and last year trekked to near Everest base camp in the Himalayas. I just started yoga again after a few months off due to a knee injury and I can already feel the difference after a week! Also, I really appreciate the senior discount. I just bought another 10 pak and noticed it has an expiration date is 2045 when I will be 98! I love that:)
I like that all instructors are friendly and have always a great positive engery. I think that is very important to have great postive attitude while being present at the studio.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It was my first time at CorePower Yoga so I was a little nervous, but the staff was helpful and positive in the process. The beginner yoga class is also great. The instructors are supportive and very calm. After two classes, I already feel like I've had a extremely positive experience with yoga.

I commute my time in both LA and OC and find that Corepower Power locations in Torrance and Redondo doesn't offer too many evening classes or especially popular classes such as Scuplt as often. It's nice to know when I'm OC, Huntington Beach location offers many variety of classes and times.
