Amanda was a fantastic teacher. I liked an upbeat and challenging Friday afternoon class. The music was great and she was so motivating. Definitely one of the hardest sculpt classes I've taken but I'm going back next week!

The overall expertise from all my instructors is what keeps me coming back. Regardless of the class, or individual I am always challenged in new and transformative ways. I also work as a construction manager, have built several smaller studios, and I always look at the durability and functionality of the CPY studios as a benchmark to strive for. Everything about LoHi is right for me :)

I love the Lohi staff, facilities, and practices. Kristal, Nattiel, and the rest of the LoHi team have created a very positive and inviting sense of community that permeates the space. Additionally, Helen, Audrey, Jacob, Jeremy, Emilie should be recognized for their outstanding guidance and connectivity. There are many yoga options in Denver and I choose Core Power. There are many CorePower studios in Denver and I choose Lohi. Know that I am always happy to offer feedback about my CorePower experiences. Shine forth. Namaste.
The facilities, studios and locker rooms are all wonderful. The check in process is usually quick and painless. In regards to classes, it really depends on the teacher. Some teachers will teach a C2 and not have it very heated, while others really bring the heat. There could be more consistency there.
Everything! I've been a member for years. The teacher I had at Lohi was great too.
Love your style of yoga. It is a perfect mix of physical and spiritual. I recommend CorePower all the time.

I like the instructors, the environment and the daytime classes. But I wish there were more options that fall between C1 and C2, only because the heat can be a problem for me, and it would be nice to have more variety for actual yoga classes (as opposed to sculpt or bootcamp).
