Consistency with which the classes are delivered in a quality fashion. I used to dislike hot power fusion at Lohi, because it was too hot 80% of the time. After a 6 month break, I came back to find that percentage was up to 90%+ for appropriate temperatures. Not sure what made the change, but it made me love it again, and I don't think it's an accident, but rather improved training of trainers.
I love the community and the awesome way that instructors make yoga available to everyone.

I have always wanted to do yoga but at other studios I've tried there always seemed to be an attitude about it all...leading me to feel judged and unwelcome. I love that you all not only offer a great workout (literally, thanks to Sculpt I've discovered muscles I didn't know existed) but everyone is so welcoming and friendly, providing a really great environment for any level of experience and ability.

Classes, are fun and change which is important, the same flow over and over would become boring
I'm enjoying the Ryder classes. I had a knee injury and I'm unable to run so the Ryder classes are a great substitute for my cardio. I love the selection of yoga clothing for sale. It's a nice addition to my laid back style!

I have been going to CorePower in Denver and other cities for nearly a decade...religiously for the past 7 years or so. I like the frequentness of classes, and overall the way I feel after a sculpt compared to other group weight lifting or aerobic classes at other places in town. As far as a C2 or HPF, I like that I know what I am getting every tine I go.

The classes move at just the right place.love the core workout in the yoga,as well adds the upbeat music. The skin classes are the hardest I've done.
