Friendly staff! Great classes!

The classes never seem too crowded and the instructors are helpful, friendly, positive and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. I've yet to have a bad or even mediocre teacher!

Excellent locker room facilities (what happened to the hair ties? they saved my life on the first day I attended class!), large studios, knowledgable instructors. I really like that the classes are first come first serve, as it allows me to be flexible in when I attend, without worrying about having to sign up or a class being too full. I like that there are specialty workshops offered on occasion, although it would be nice to see specialty workshops geared more towards fine-tuning technique and form for beginners. Class times are scheduled conveniently for the most part, although it would be nice if there were a candle-light class on Sunday evenings on occasion.

I like the variety of the classes, many different types of classes, instructors all bring different energy into every class. However the consistency of quality is always there. I can always go and feel like I can get in a great workout from any instructor. They all encourage leveling up or down a pose so that the class really can be tailored to fit anyone's needs. I LOVE how many classes there are! My schedule is so erratic but I know I can always find a class that will work for me. :)

I have been to the Fremont, Shattuck and Berkeley West Studios and Berkeley West is my favorite of the three. It's always easy to park. The locker room and studios are always clean. I never have an issue getting a locker or finding a spot in a class. The Fremont studio especially always seems so overcrowded in classes. I love the staff at Berkeley West as well. The teachers are great and are always willing to answer any questions. I recommend CorePower all the time to friends and family here in the Bay Area as well as the Denver and Boston area as well!

The instructors are super approachable before and after class; I have had great experiences in particular with Susan W, Allison L and Erica L. The facilities are clean and comfortable.

I think the classes are great-I love HPF! I combine it with my regular C2 practice and it is a good way to balance a whole body practice.

I have a great deal of confidence in your teachers and so appreciate how well trained they are. I love classes with Susan, Rose S, Katherine, Diane and Monika. They are very capable and experienced and I know that I can just relax during the class and let my body follow.

I also love Core Restore and wish it was offered more often at Berkeley West.
