I think that corepower is many things -- it is a great intro to yoga for those who are new to it, and for those who haven't studied it deeply. It is also an awesome place to get a variety of teachers. I do wish there were more workshops, opportunities to study as a non teacher trainee, and more diverse music. Overall though it is an awesome community of people who come to yoga for a lot of different reasons and melt together and become anew through class.

The classes & instructors are amazing.

There are a couple of instructors that I follow and go to their classes exclusively. My favorite instructor is Heather Gersh. Her sculpt classes are amazing workouts in 60 minutes.

I also love the clothes and get all my yoga clothes shopping done in one place.

Warm, welcoming environment. Feels like a good place for people of all levels to practice.

I like the range of 60 minute classes, hot room and showers. Classes are all well sequenced and complete.

Everyone is so friendly, the classes vary enough to have options but are all such a nice experience, it is very clean, and the 1 week free was great... it got me hooked.

I like the fact that it comes with working out, I just started doing yoga and I am in love.

I usually attend the 4:45 Sculpt classes, and recommend those to everyone I know. My favorite instructors are Heather, Rose, and Shauna because they're so supportive and they kick my butt during class and challenge every single person who steps in. I've been a black tag member for about a year and they have totally transformed my mentality and helped me challenge my physical limits. I also got injured a few times this year and they were also very supportive in finding alternative ways for me to still participate in class without dying.

The classes are a fantastic way to relieve the stress of your day and come to a calm and grounded place while also getting a great work out in.

I am relatively new to yoga, and still have a lot to learn. The teachers and classes make yoga accessible and I never have felt out of place. The teachers are encouraging.

Great teachers - heather, also victor (wish he still taught in Berkeley). I like the sculpt class that incorrect orates free weights. Studio is s very clean.
