This studio has improved TREMENDOUSLY under the new manager (Jamie). The community events and themed classes are great. I began attending this studio 2 years ago after moving to the area and was worried the location would shut down because attendance was so low and the vibes were frankly bad. In the last year or so it has made a huge turnaround- classes are well attended, spirits are high, and there is much more of a community feeling to the studio.

Julianne is AMAZING! She was so welcoming and gracious; she personally greeted returning students and had the most genuine care for those who were new. I loved the idea of the class for charity so I signed up and it was an intense yet super fun workout! All the yoga principles were there along with strength and cardio training. What could be better?! Additionally, Julianne is an excellent teacher. I teach several group classes a week at a gym, and she is excellent - engaging, educational, upbeat, fun, and her music made the experience even better. This was my first ever CorePower class and I will for sure be back. Thank you!
