All the teachers were great especially Dana Capps, she also does a great job managing and bringing awesome vibes to the workplace. I'd recommend her for a pay raise and promotion!

Great teachers! Nice studio. Lots of classes and times.

I think the teachers are great and I nearly always finish class feeling tired but restored. Please add a 6:30 class on Friday! The HPF class that Shauna guided in December was fantastic and full of people and I think that is shows that the demand is high for a class in that time slot.

Please fix the climate control in studio 3 so the HPF classes are hot enough! Also, it would be great if the weekend schedule could be configured to allow for C2/HPF double headers-its such a great combination!

The people!

I like the classes. They are challenging and I feel great afterwards. I've liked almost all the teachers I've had so far. I like the scope of the Core 2 routine - the way it builds and progresses.

I love the instructors, the sculpt classes, and the results. I feel so much stronger and more capable since beginning sculpt classes a year-and-a-half + ago.
