I like that you have a very clean facility. I wish that you would tell people not to wear their shoes in the locker room though. It dirties up the floor more and makes it wet in the rain and winter.

High energy, variety of classes and times

Instructors are great, class offerings are varied as far as types and times.

i love the west loop studio. if i could go to c2 every morning at 830, i would. love the different styles of each teacher and most of all love the vibe in this studio - kindness and acceptance abound. also, the studio is well cared for.

All of the instructors were great and professional. It was very clean and everyone was friendly! Can't wait to come back!!

The teachers have been great and very involved/interactive with the class. Friendly and welcoming -- don't create an intimidating environment.

I really appreciated the great customer service in the front - I believe it was Kit that helped find me in the system and provided me with a new card to scan in. As far as products go, I loved the variety of brands in the store as well as jewelry. I have been to Arlington Heights, Park Ridge, Old Orchard and Elmhurst and find that the West Loop had the best products!

I love the classes and the environment. I wish that there were more classes and more spread out - I was in a class last night with 54 people in sculpt and it gets hard to breathe in there when it's that packed. I also wish you guys Incorporated some other types of hot classes like yoga/barre in a hot room similar to your circuit training class. I am sure a lot of people would really enjoy that!

Wide variety of options and times for classes

It's close to my condo and very convenient class times. Rupal and Jessica are awesome and I always try and make their classes.
