Staff is super friendly even though I'm a guy who's a total beginner. Takes a lot of the discomfort out of it when it's mostly women who are more experienced in yoga.

Everyone was friendly and it was a clean environment.

Very welcoming experience. My friend and I went on Sunday to our first session and Effie (sp? sorry!) was super helpful/kind/didn't make us feel out of place. Felt like we were able to screw up enough that we weren't the focus of the group but also received enough direction that neither of us felt ignored. Definitely plan on returning - thanks!

A few nits regarding ambiance/culture:

Sometimes people are really chatty in the yoga room. It may be social time for some people, but I go to yoga hoping for peace and a break in the day from bitchy (pardon) attitudes and gossip.

Please request that customers don't use lockers with doors if they aren't using a lock. Often, those of us with locks then do not have access to lock up our valuables.

The staff are very friendly and the class are amazing. So far so good.

I don't have a ton of experience with yoga but it still felt accessible.

The Instuctor Rick Swanson, did a phenonmal job of teaching this hot yoga class. He really had a positive attitude, kept everyone calm and also energized & motivated the class when needed with a really great mix of music. Most of all, i appreciated him creating a sense of community with the other classmates. It was one of the best yoga classes I have ever experienced. Great mix of yoga, strength training, core and cardio. I won't be looking at yoga the same ever again!

I like the instructor. Rick teaches a simple format that is not too overbearing. A lot of times teachers turn sculpt into a "mission impossible" and it is not an enjoyable experience. I enjoy the fact that I do not feel that I am dying on my mat but at the same time get a great work out. Just the right amount of sweat!

I like that it is very clean and new looking!
