Every instructor puts a lot of thought into each class, in terms of their introductions at the start of class and the music that they play. On top of that, everyone at the studio is extremely friendly and welcoming.
I love the energy of the studio immediately upon entering. All the instructors at the desk are so welcoming and engaging. Marissa has made the environment some warm and inviting. It has become my sanctuary.

I joined CPY after trying it with a groupon my husband gave me. I fell in love with the nice humid atmosphere that made me feel like I was in Punta Cana and getting a work out in. I became a black tag, and with time, the heat and humidity began to fail. There was no consistency on any class. Not even HPF. It was a "I hope its humid, I hope its heated, I hope I sweat" struggle every time on my way in to class.
BUT THIS WEEK-- It has been great! I took an HPF on Tuesday at 4:00 pm, and a C2 at 8:30 am the next morning, and both exceeded my expectations and made me feel renewed.
If CPY can be able to keep this constant, my doubts will go away, and I can share this with certainty to everyone I know, because CPY will once again, feel more comfortable than my own home First name removed

I recommend Core Power for my friend who wanted to begin practicing Yoga. We visited together for her first class. The instructor was kind, explained a lot and was mindful of new students. This is why I speak highly of this company.
The studio was clean, locker rooms were more spacious than normal, staff was friendly and personable, class was challenging and loved the idea of friendship Fridays
Ash gave a great class. It had a good flow and was challenging. It went by so quickly!
