Very calming environment, ability to rent towel/mat/buy water if needed, I like that there are some toiletries in the bathroom, showers available and overall very clean environment. I love that it is a no pressure, relaxed place, everyone is very kind and welcoming.
It is very accommodating and easy to fit in to an unpredictable work schedule since you dont have to sign up for classes days in advance/worry about cancellation fees.
Have enjoyed every class I've tried so far, each instructor was very different but all great. I have gained something different and benefitted in different ways to all of the styles of classes.

It was my first yoga class ever, and I found the instructor very encouraging and welcoming. I really enjoy the first week free offer, although I'd prefer the "towel and mat" for free lasted as long as that offer did...as far as I know, the week is free, but the towel and mat are only free for the first class? Seems like they should be the same. But other than that, your classes are great with great instructors. Thank you!

Good teachers. But the mats smell bad and there is a mild odor in the main area. The studio is beautiful and people are friendly.

The minute I walked in the door I knew it was a great studio. I have been to several CP and they have all been super friendly. My instructor, Brit (?) was really helpful with instructions re parking. Gina, another instructor, was in the front and she too was friendly and helpful. They both embraced me, and the whole experience was great.

The instructors are great - I mostly attend sculpt. I like that you offer it multiple times a day that are convenient.

The class times are throughout the day, so I can always fit at least one into my schedule! Your instructors are also very upbeat, and it's nice to have that mix of yogi reflection and cardio. The on site parking is also the reason I go to the Westloop instead of other studios. Thanks for all you do!
