Very clean studio. I was immediately welcomed when I walked in by the instructor for my class, Natalie, who was very friendly. Natalie taught a great C2 class and I’ll definitely be taking more of her classes

When I practice yoga or engage in yoga sculpt, I want experiences that are challenging and informative. And I know when attend classes led by Elissa Molzahn, I have to give 110% from start to finish. What I like about Elissa is she’s very direct about her expectations (“It’s not a matter of if you’re going to finish but how you’re going to do it!”), but she continually reminds those who attend her classes that we’re all in it together. I appreciate instructors who practice what they preach, and I know Elissa has the same fitness expectations/goals for herself as she does for her students. I have definitely improved my strength and endurance under Elissa’s guidance. Her energy, enthusiasm, and positivity are fantastic!

Elissa is a fantastic and motivating instructor. It was a hard class, but the time went quickly.
Linnea was a great instructor. The studio and locker rooms were clearn and spacious. I'll come back whenever I'm in the area.

I really enjoy the classes and the instructors I typically take are great. Pretty good lineup of classes. Can usually find what I’m looking for. The virtual classes are pretty good too. I prefer the live ones by far, but have used those when needed.

I started at CorePower after a couple months of persistent joint pain. I kept trying to get back into an exercise routine and the pain kept stopping me. I've done yoga in the past, but with my work schedule it was hard to make the classes at my old gym. It's been so convenient to be consistent with CorePower classes. After a couple weeks of classes, I was back to being pain free and feeling like my old self. I also feel stronger and more fit than I have in ages! Thanks CorePower!

I absolutely LOVE coming to the West Loop CPY! I live in Wicker Park but I actually prefer driving over to West Loop. They have some of the best teachers and the classes are usually full which is great motivation :) Keep it up!
