I attended a class on Jan 15 with my daughter during a visit to Boulder. It was a C1 and taught by Raj. Raj was great—excellent sequencing, alignment reminders and alternatives, gentle adjustments, always checking in with yogis (and there were at least 15 in the class, very professional. The sequence was perfect for me (somewhat new to yoga at age 58) who had not been back at my practice since beginning of December—I loved that it was active and "covered" the whole body. If Raj ever put that sequence to DVD I'd buy it! I know why my daughter loves your studio so much!

Last night was my first class, c1 at 645, and I absolutely loved it. The instructor knew what she was doing and knew how to make good modifications and adjustments to poses. The class flowed nicely and felt relaxing and peaceful.

Very friendly staff, very nice facilities, and the Yoga instructor I had was very thorough and made it easy to follow along as a beginner.

Great environment, friendly, welcoming staff, awesome first time experience. I've never been to an exclusively 'yoga studio' and had a tiny bit of apprehension. It dissolved when staff said hello.

There are so many classes offered, there is always a class happening at a convenient time for me. The instructors give a lot of guidance for each pose.

Love the C2 classes, times, location, instructors, and parking availability. The sculpt classes are not as hard as they were in MN. I want to feel like I can't get up/walk after a sculpt class.

I don't go very often, but did a class with Tunda (sp?) and it was amazing. It was really good energy, positive and supportive. It was an amazing experience. Keep hiring such great instructors!

how come the south Boulder studio does not provide cold towels for shavasana ?

The teacher led a really wonderful flow! She made me feel comfortable with appropriate options, while still challenging!

South Boulder does an awesome job with the feeling of community the build. Very welcoming and awesome variety of classes. LOVE!
