They had a wide range of classes with varying time. Allows for people to be incorporate yoga without having to worry about a time constraint. Good selection of products. For my first time being in a yoga studio, everyone was very receptive and patient. Very friendly! A plus on the cleanliness of the locker room.

Every instructor I've had reads the group very well--and is descriptive in terms of adjustments needed for various levels of practice.

I really liked that heat and humidity. Not too much that it hindered your practice but enough to be very therapeutic. And I really liked the teacher of the 12:00-1:00 hot yoga class on Tuesday! I wish Denver would heat their rooms more.

Hot room is actually HOT. Clean studio, nice locker room.

So many time options and various levels as well as teachers sew a huge plus. I need that as my schedule fluctuates.

I think they only thing I would suggest, there are a lot of new individuals who are starting yoga in the am which is great. However, there is a lot of talking in the yoga studio.

I like the level of yoga offered! I think the teachers are more spiritually oriented. Sometimes I wish the classes were 75 or 90 minutes long.
