The new process of having to sign
up for classes is VERY USER FRIENDLY.

This isn't about a particular instructor, but since South Boulder has opened post-COVID-19, everyone in the classes I've been to have taken off their masks once on their mats. The instructors pull down the mask so that their noses are out. This really isn't to complain about the specific location or whatever, but Boulder still has a mandate to keep masks on in public. I'm a doctor and work in infectious disease and I felt so helpless and freaked out in class. It was super anxiety-inducing to not have control over being close to a an open door or knowing everyone was practicing safe protocol.

Wearing a mask sucks. I hate it. But a closed room with people breathing heavily? That is the WORST place to be lax about rules.

Tunde is the BEST!!

I absolutely love this studio. All the instructors are superb and I really can not wait to get back into the studio! Thank you so much for being a place I can feel safe to decompress and remove all that does not serve me.

I love Core Power yoga. The instructors are always professional, and classes are challenging. The best way to spend an hour.

I took two classes so far! Dani and Tunde are sooo good! They both had great energy, challenging flows, and were encouraging! I love the physical depth of the C2 classes and the heated factor makes my body feel so much stretchier and more present! The sun room is beautiful and the locker room is clean and really nice. Will definitely recommend and be coming back as frequently as possible!

Intensity of the class, and hit full body!

I very much enjoy the variety of yoga classes you offer. Yoga sculpt is one of my favorite. I especially liked that the instructor didn't make the room overly hot during my last visit. With a lot of bodies generating so much heat the room is plenty warm!

Dani is a great teacher

Love all the corepower classes, especially yoga sculpt and hot power fusion! The teachers are also amazing and will kick your butt! I know I’m always in for a good workout when Noelle, Gini, Heddie, Dani, and Cerissa are teaching, just to name a few. Plus they always play good music!

Convenient location, class schedule, quality of instructors

very down to earth, unpretentious, friendly studio-the usual variety of different classes at different levels led by excellent teachers. I go to the South Boulder studio but there are many around the area.

Great classes! Tuna is my favorite instructor at South Boulder. I like her energy!
