I really loved the intensity and the quality of the class and especially the enthusiasm of our instructor, RJ. He was really friendly, and joked around during class while accurately explaining where we should put the concentration on our muscles. It made me feel comfortable, as it was the first time in a long time I had taken a level two yoga class. The facility is clean and beautiful! Will definitely be back soon!!

The staff and instructor were incredibly friendly and accommodating upon arrival and departure. During the class, the instructor was kind, and gave adjustment as needed. The class felt wonderfully detoxifying as well as challenging.
Good teachers, hot yoga that isn't too hot, good music, focusing on the core.
I like that you're able to make the class what you want. There is guidance, but also flexibility based on what you want to do or how your feeling that day. I also appreciate the quality of teachers. I feel like I'm getting a lot out of what I'm paying for. Keep up the good work! Thanks!
