Great teachers and workout

Community

Great as always!

Dee is one of my favorite instructors for CPY (this is actually the first review I’ve written for the many classes I’ve taken at CPY).
She leads the class with confidence and compassion. Dee gives alternatives for poses when entering postures and observes when practitioners may need more attention. She does so with grace and humility.
In the beginning of class, we knew it would be hot - it’s a small space and it was packed, she lent suggestions on how to cool your body temperature when needed. Overall, she commands a safe, inclusive environment. I left the class feeling great about myself and the work that my body/mind just completed.

You had such a nice voice. Thank you for creating an encouraging atmosphere.

Love this studio! It’s always a pleasure and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant. The full body core workout is always a challenge which makes room to grow. You just do your best and will definitely walk out mentally and physically relaxed. Kudos to all the instructors on jobs superbly done. :)

The continued high level of professionalism and positive energy by everyone from desk staff to instructors is what makes Core Power PB THE BEST. Core Powers ability to maintain and keep their amazing instructors who offer such a variety of teaching styles/energy is such a bonus to all students. I took three classes at PB this week - Julia, Adam and Nichole. All were A+ quality, which is typical for PB.

I’ve been taking Omaid’s sculpt class for years and it’s been nothing short of extraordinary. Omaid embodies the essence of an authentic teacher, one who not only imparts knowledge but ignites passion and creativity.
But perhaps what I appreciate most about Omaid is his ability to connect with his students on a personal level. Awesome variety of classes and instructors, each who bring their own fun/knowledge/unique twist to each class.

Love it

The relaxed atmosphere, nice background birds, music, etc. clean facility. Friendly front desk staff. Easy to understand instructions (it was my first time) on poses, and the way we worked “up, over, and down” instead of “side to side”, if that makes sense.

Amy’s HPF was incredible!!!! The pace, the heat, the energy, they were all amazing!!!!!!!

Excellent progression with pre-stretching!! Love it!

Friendly staff, great class, nice people in the class

I have and will continue to recommend the PB studio to friends and family. The buddy pass has been a wonderful way to introduce people to the studio and PB has some of the best teachers - Kelly D, Alia, Omaid, Bam, Ellen, Colleen, Katie B - too many to name! PB sets the bar high and makes it hard to take classes at other studios when I’m traveling.

I do hope the studio will reconsider hosting TT during prime time classes on Mon/Wed this spring. The nighttime classes are some of my absolute favorites (5p C2 and sculpt, 6:30p C2 75 min) and oftentimes the best part of my day! I work full time M-F and can’t typically make it to daytime classes so when I’m unable to get to the studio before work, I make sure to take an evening class. Super bummed that these will be temporarily cancelled, is there a way to host TT offsite to keep the class schedule intact for loyal members?

The Best

I had the privilege of practicing alongside my teenage daughter. She had never done yoga, let alone hot yoga, before, and thanks to an amazing instructor (Laryn!), she was able to complete an HPF. On the ride home, my daughter commented on how nice everyone was AND she asked when we could practice again. I couldn't be happier.

Pacific Beach is the BEST!
