Clear signage - clear & thoughtful reminder for people to enter studio space quietly. I appreciate how people come early to take time for themselves as it encourages me to do the same.
Kind, positive & knowledgeable instructors. I am impressed by Marie's C2 class & am looking forward to trying more classes this week.
All around a good vibe in the space. I especially appreciate the seating upstairs and downstairs to sit, journal, or wait for friends. This has encouraged me to take time and not rush back to my family and work responsibilities.

I just wish there were more pure yoga classes. The class offerings seem to be headed towards Zumba with yoga trappings. Traditional yoga is my favorite.

Sarah's hot yoga class is simply fabulous. She is an incredible yoga instructor. I joined CorePower because of Sarah. I have come to appreciate many other instructors and the welcoming energy of staff and participants. And Sarah's class continues to be amazing. I wish CorePower offered more hot yoga classes.

The variety of classes and times offered. V the teachers are kind and thoughtful.

I like the variety of teachers, the community and variety of classes. I especially love Sarah's Saturday morning HY class in St. Paul. The only drawback is the 1/2 hour travel over to the class. I live 5 minutes from the SLP Studio, but there's only one HY class there. Please add more Hot Yoga classes in the Twin Cities! Thanks.

CorePower flow works for me consistently and I feel strong and calm when the classes finish.

I am always learning and relearning both about yoga and myself. I think the staff does an amazing job of changing things up and opening themselves up to being vulnerable by trying something new that may or may not work. It’s such a warm and accepting environment.

They were incredible and the Holiday classes are the best to take at Corepower. Pretty impressive that they can teach the way they do with an elevated heart rate.

Also, the clothing sale was awesome!
