Excellent workout! Dan M was super high energy and pushed us all a lot, even more than I thought I could go. I was instantly sore after the class and am still sore a few days later. Dan was also great about giving modifications - both to make things harder and to make things easier. Really great total body workout to tone up everything for the summer. Great classes and instructors

Such a nice studio, way nicer than the DC ones. I work downtown, but live in Chevy Chase and will make it a point to come up to Bethesda for class after a busy work day!

Good instructors and clean facility! I love the Corepower app! It makes it really easy to sign up for classes. I also like how many classes are offered during the day. I especially think Breanna, Sarah, Karen, Sun Kim, and Farley are wonderful instructors. Hot Power Fusion is one of my favorite classes.

Sculpt classes. I love them for strength training. However, some of the instructors need further teacher training. Often the music is too loud and instructors are screaming above the music or at least they think they are. I cannot hear the instructor AND they're screaming because the music is too loud. It's an unpleasant experience.

I love Corepower because I always know I’m going to get a great workout in and the location I go to consistently offers class times that work for my busy schedule. I love how diverse and welcome the staff is too!

Bethesda is far superior in terms of class offerings and quality instructors than the other studios nearby. Thanks, Shirley.

I have been a member for several years and I love the classes. I had been looking for a yoga studio that would challenge me both mentally and physically, Core Power Yoga turned out to be the perfect place for me. One of the best classes are the yoga sculpt classes, which are designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. These classes combine yoga poses with resistance training, cardio, and high-intensity interval training to provide a full-body workout that will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered. The instructors are some of the most knowledgeable and inspiring I've ever encountered. They are passionate about their practice and bring a wealth of experience to each class. The studios are clean and spacious, with plenty of natural light.

I ended up with frozen shoulder after COVID vaccination, and for several months I endured terrible pain and limited range of motion, CorePower Yoga was much more helpful to me than physical therapy sessions.

I love the workout. It’s a great stretch and a great sweat. It’s really one of my favorites!

Last time I went (and it was my first time back in a while), the instructor did not wear a mic and the music was so loud, I couldn’t hear her at all for most of the class. Because many people nearby modify and do different things, if I couldn’t see her, I had no idea what we were doing or what was coming next because I couldn’t hear her at all!! This has not been my experience in the past. Hopefully it was just a temporary mic was broken situation or something….
