Susan H C2 class was amazing on Saturday. I would like to see her as a standing regular coach on weekends for people like me that work full time during the week.

Sculpt is the best workout class I have done. The instructors are all incredible and the facility is great.
The class was definitely high energy at 6:30am, and definitely not for the weak, but for the open minded and you'll be glad you attended afterwards. As a first-time guest, the instructor clearly demonstrated the moves, kept the vibe moving and the heart rate up. If I lived in the Chevy Chase/Bethesda area, I definitely would join. It's a wonderful class environment that is hard work, but yet FUN, engaging and relaxing all at the same time. Next time I am in town with Laura, I will join to push my body further than I have ever imagined again at 6:30am. Thanks for having me, and until next time.....

The teacher, Jose, set a comfortable and welcoming space. His pacing was gentle yet challenging. The Bethesda studio has a great environment - peaceful, clean, and friendly. I feel like a different person after every session. Highly recommend!
