Gautam's Sat class is the bomb!!!

Overall, I love everything! I have a couple suggestions/requests:

1) Weekend schedule - I love HPF and it's a bummer that it's only offered at 1230 on the weekends. It's right in the middle of the day and not the ideal time. Offering it at like 930am AND 630pm would be amazing.

2) Having different teachers, all of whom have their own styles and ways of teaching is part of the amazing experience. There's a couple trends I've noticed in the HPF classes though that I'll raise here. First, letting people (ok it's really just one guy) do his own thing, NEVER within the rhythm of the rest of the class, is disruptive. Obviously people need to rest when they need, but blatantly just doing your own thing, holding a pose for 1 minute longer than the rest of the class, is disruptive. Secondly, some teachers have started asking too often if the heat is too much and then lowering it!! Crank that heat and let people deal with it please :D

Quality of teachers and class diversity. Very friendly teachers, great studio space and great scheduling! Always a great class at any time. I love it!

I love the variations in classes and the different flows. It's next to be able to do a type of class based on my mood and what type of workout I feel like having

The class was an awesome workout, the locker rooms immaculate and the whole studio was gorgeous.

Sculpt classes are the best. Jen who teaches Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am at Fresh Pond is the best instructor. She's so motivational and gives the best all around workout. I also love Michaela on Saturday mornings 8am. Her positive attitude and fun personality is perfect for an early morning workout. All the staff at Fresh Pond is so friendly and the place is always clean.

I like the facility. I think its very clean and safe. I like the instructors. Felt like every class I went to was perfect for me. I think the level of encouragement is perfect. Not too pushy and very calming.

I love how free it seems the instructors are to add their own style to the class. Having no two classes the same keeps the workout fun and entertaining.

It is so great to get the flexibility and balance training of yoga incorporated with weights and cardiovascular (so I don't feel like I also need to run) in a beautiful, we'll equipped studio. Love it.
